Dennis Val
Dennis cut his teeth on the tough queensland touring circuit in the '90s playing in original bands supporting artists such as Paul Kelly, Dragon, Kate Ceberano, Sharon O’Neil, Choirboys, Radiators and Mal Eastick.
Dennis Valatiadis has gained a reputation as one of Sydney’s most exciting and fresh guitar players. Coming from a deep musical background, Dennis’s session work and stints playing a vast style of music has secured his position as a very strong, reliable and passionate performer.
His live and recording stints include
freelancing in the styles of rock, jazz, latin, blues, country
and acoustic gigs. He has performed on albums by Olaf, Lisa
Ohlbach and Anita
Hartman as well as numerous sessions and in
particular the Power Rangers theme. Dennis is exclusively used by Rosehill
Studios on all their sessions.
Dennis has also worked as Musical Director on Scraps Benefit, involving many performers, including Mick Conway and played with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra at Randwick Racecourse in Easter 2002. Dennis has also toured Australia extensively, as well Vietnam and China.
Dennis has also appeared nationally performing his single, I'm Running, live on TV 
show Dolphin Juice and has recenly performed at the Sydney Entertainment Centre and the Basement, to raise money for charity performing with Renee Geyer, Brian Cadd, Dave Faulkner and Marty Rhone.
Dennis is currently in charge of a music teaching facility overseeing 200 students and privately teaching 60. He is well known throughout the industry and has established himself as a singer, songwriter and producer on his latest release.
A review of his CD in the Drum Media reported that "Dennis has finally stepped out on his own and is playing his own brand of blues-edged rock." A leading Sydney agent at one of Dennis’s performances described him as "a passionate, intense, consummate performer, Dennis Val is one of Sydney’s premier rock acts."
