Stan Holroyd and Douglass Bishop have been playing music in the sydney music scene for twenty years.

The music is pop, rock, reggae, soul and country. With Hammond organ and piano, sax, electric and acoustic guitars and vocals they can cover almost any popular song.

P.A and lights provided. Jazz standards like Fly Me To The Moon and Summertime to Rock classics such as Get It On by T-Rex or Steal My Kisses by Ben Harper. Jelly Roll can also adapt any song into acoustic mode for restaurants and wedding Ceremony's.

Stan Holroyd
Hammond Organ, Rhodes Piano, Bass and Harmony Vocals

Stan has been playing the organ since he was 17 when he left school and joined his first touring band. The following fifteen years have seen him accompany dozens of artists, playing both covers and original music in clubs from Dublin to Helsinki, from Amsterdam to Tel Aviv. He has appeared on MTV, Channel V, and several Australian variety shows such as Hey Hey It's Saturday and The Money Or The Gun. Always the traditionalist, he now spends his time restoring vintage organs and amplifiers, while continually performing in the Sydney music scene. He lists Booker T. Jones as his favourite musician and although Stan’s instrument of choice is the Hammond Organ, he is also competent on brass and stringed instruments.

Douglass Bishop
Vocals, Guitar, Tenor Sax and Blues Harp

Douglass has been performing in the successful covers duo the WhereAbouts, performing in many Sydney pubs and clubs. Regulars on harbour cruises as well as corporate functions and festivals. Douglass is also involved with the original band Tenderhooks who have released a self titled EP. He also plays the role of Bob Dylan in the critically acclaimed “Bob Dylan Revue”. Douglass has had donkey’s years of experience as a front man in many bands around Australia. His vocal style is warm and resonant. Fav’ artists the Beatles, Bob Dylan, Sam Cooke too many to list here.

Recently Douglass has been working as a Festival Director, Events Co-ordinator and Promoter... Rockon!
